Greetings SupHerb People,
I am here to tell you that it is possible. And I am also going to tell you a few reasons why, you too can be stress-free.
Great! I must tell you that I too did not know that I was stressed out, until I had a really stressful experience. This experience was caused by the life style I was living. It was a multi-issue cluster f*ck.
First of all, let me say that stress is a true dis-ease or illness/ailment. What ever you want to call it, it exists. The only way you are going to know how much stress is plaguing your life, is by removing the causes that create the effects of your said stress.
What is stress? For some people it is waking up every day going to a job that they only do because it pays well. For some other people, it is travelling to a location that requires a lot of multi-tasking in transit to their place of employment. While other people are stressed because those other people are telling them what to do and how to do it, all the while also telling them to take responsibility for their actions.
Ultimately, the lack of knowledge about what is truly our own actions, is the basis of our overall stress issue. So, how do we solve an issue that we are not aware of? Perhaps, once you get overwhelmed enough about your situation, one will see the problem. Or you could just read between the lines like some people do. Or maybe, just may be! You will get the hint while reading an article about being stress-free…
Why am I stressing about eliminating stress? Isn’t that causing me stress? NO!
My purpose is to inform the SupHerb People by styling our life with the teachings of Ayurveda. And if this is your first article, Ayurveda is Sanskrit, translates to the knowledge of life. Now, during my self study, I learned that my entire life style was causing some level of stress for me. This of course, was before my SupHerb Life Style Transition to better health. When I was forced to change every aspect of my life within a short period of time, I gained the knowledge I needed to recognize the wealth of life, I was stressing about.
This “lost” life style was one of work for a corporation, that influenced a stressful termination during a medical leave of absence. After months of me struggling to stay focused on health. While also, dealing with a residential relocation, car trouble, and ending with relationship problems that could have been avoided had I continued to work by way of the employer aiding the ill treated being at a time of dis-stress!
Anyway, the job was removed from my life style, but now I had to deal with the stress of that ordeal. Which was also causing stress. Then, once I surrendered to releasing this whole belief, I was guided towards sources of enlightenment. Solutions for each and every stress was shown to me as I read between the lines. You must read the lines and in-between them.
Most of the information I found was located because I wanted to know how I got into that situation in the first place. And when I wanted to know this truth from deep within my core, I felt better. The headaches dwindled away. The insomnia disappeared. My abdominal pains weathered to null. My eyesight improved. My level of energy increased. My complexion was restored and vibrant. Those moments of brain fog are no more. My joints moved more smoothly. The unpleasant body odor mellowed out. My bowel movements became regulated and normal. I am more interested in doing activities that keep me fit and active. I in-joy every action and plan that I chose to make in this new life style.
The stress-free life is an essential part of the SupHerb Life Style Transition Course. Incorporated within the plans, are details of why being stress-free has to be known by all the people seeking betterment. Stress causes dis-ease. Specifically, it affects the adrenal glands. When you have so much stress in your life that the adrenal glands start to malfunction, it may be too late, although not impossible to correct.
Calibrate your system authentically, before your organs have a problem correcting the stressful life style you are living. Take a step back and do an evaluation. Vow to live a stress-free life. See what is in full view. You have the opportunity to observe your life style every moment of the day. Utilize the options you can see, and ask for assistance from people willing to actually help you get to better health. At the end of the day, you will begin to rest well on your own terms. Use your will to guide yourself towards the life style that you want to life, stress-free. It will be done.
Also, I must make a notation that, I know exactly when something is going to be a stress causing action now. With that know-how, I am able to only do activities that will offer me joy. Imagine that. Doing actions that bring you joy. Actions that you are responsible for implementing. Keep a journal (NOW! notebook) of these events and you will continue to lead a stress-free life style.
To close, I have to add a point about your results. We are all at different stages in this transition to better health. So, your experience may not be as rapid as another’s journey. Or as swift as the next being. You get to choose your pace, for this is not a race. Be mindful of your self and allow the process to be a pleasant experience.
